These terms are an agreement between you and ATG Solutions, operated by Kenneth Lacy, 3230 Martin Luther King Blvd #1036, New Bern, NC 28562, United States. You can reach us at ken@atgsolutions.tech or (844) 826-1282.
We provide website design, build, hosting support, and IT operations assistance on a monthly subscription basis, plus one-time project work agreed in writing. Deliverables, timelines, and scope for each plan are described on our pricing section and in any written proposal we send you.
You need an account to purchase and manage a subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. Your plan renews automatically each month on the same date until you cancel. Prices are shown in US dollars and applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where required.
You can upgrade, downgrade, update your payment card, or cancel at any time from your account page. Changes to a plan take effect immediately, and any difference is prorated by Stripe.
If a renewal payment fails, we will keep your service active for a short grace period and ask you to update your card. If payment is not completed, the subscription may be suspended or cancelled.
Cancellation and refund details are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Do not use our services to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, distribute malware, send unsolicited bulk email, or publish content that is unlawful or harmful. We may suspend service for serious or repeated violations.
You keep ownership of the text, images, logos, and other material you provide, and you grant us permission to use it to deliver the service. Once a project is paid in full, you own the resulting website content and design deliverables. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, and know-how.
We work to keep services available and responsive, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, and events outside our control can cause downtime.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change materially affects you, we will notify you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
