Who is responsible

What we collect

• Account data — your email address, name, and sign-in credentials, so you can log in and manage your plan.
• Subscription data — your plan, status, and renewal date, so we can give you access to what you paid for.
• Contact messages — the name, email, and message you send through the contact form.
• Payment data — card details are entered directly with Stripe and never stored on our systems. We only see the last four digits, card brand, and payment status.
• Technical data — basic logs such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the site secure and working.

Why we use it

To provide and support the services you bought, take payment and handle renewals, respond to your enquiries, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal and tax obligations. Where required, our legal bases are contract performance, legitimate interests, and legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: Stripe for payments and billing, our hosting and database provider for the site and your account, and email delivery services for messages we send you. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Cookies and similar technology

We use cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to complete secure checkout. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Account and subscription records are kept while your account is active and for as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes (generally seven years). Contact messages are kept up to two years. Logs are kept for a short period.

Your choices and rights

You can access or correct your account details from your account page, and you can ask us to delete your account and personal data by emailing ken@atgsolutions.tech. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to a copy of your data, to object to certain processing, or to complain to your data protection authority. We respond to requests within 30 days and never discriminate against you for making one.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls so that each account can only reach its own records. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects you.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know by email.
